The contracts that we will send you at the moment of booking your travel have been drawn up by ASTOI (Associazione Tour Operator Italiani) and approved by the FIAVET (Federazione Italiana Agenzie Viaggi) and by ASSOTRAVEL (Associazione Agenzie Viaggi). Our travels are regulated by a contact under the respect of the tourism regulations in force.
Once you have booked the travel, on the telephone or via e-mail, you will be sent the contract on headed paper by e-mail. You are requested to sign and submit the contact back to us via fax or e-mail on the very same day. Within the following Monday on receiving the contract, you are requested to make a bank transfer (the only paying form accepted) as the 25% required deposit of the total amount of the cost of the travel. The balance due shall be payable not less than 20 days prior to the date of departure. Once we get the final balance, we will send you your travel documents. ZANZIBARVIAGGI has chosen not to accept any credit card payments on the website because we believe in the direct contact with the client, on the phone or via e-mail, to meet your requirements at our best.
